Chelsea MacPherson, P.Geo., PMP
As the Principal of Auterra, Chelsea wanted to build a firm based on trust, integrity, and technical expertise. With almost 20 years of experience, Chelsea has worked in the private and public sector, with clients ranging from developers, realtors, brokers, municipal/provincial/federal governments, and land owners. Her experience has been across Canada, including BC, Yukon, Alberta and Ontario. Most of her work has been supporting the real estate sector either through property transactions or redevelopment. Chelsea works closely with her clients to understand their project needs, and gets creative on finding solutions - it’s never a one size fits all.
Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography from the University of British Columbia, while playing for the Varsity Women’s Field Hockey team. She is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in BC and Ontario, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has volunteered on non-profit Boards.
Outside of her working hours, you can find Chelsea going to hot yoga, being a soccer and lacrosse mom, or running around with her silver lab.

Kim Geeves, M.Sc. P.Ag.
Kim brings a practical and collaborative approach to helping clients navigate environmental challenges and move projects forward. She is a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering environmental and regulatory projects across BC, with work spanning the real estate, development, industrial and agricultural sectors. Her expertise includes environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, permitting, remediation, and environmental assessment and monitoring.
Kim holds a Master of Science in Physical Geography and Environmental Sciences from Simon Fraser University and is a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.). Her recent work focused on agricultural wastewater management and environmental compliance, including providing Qualified Professional (Q.P.) services for agricultural and mushroom composting facilities under BC’s environmental regulations. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) BC Young Leaders Group.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys skiing, backcountry hiking, travelling and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Marvyn.
